A 10-acre section along Cherry Lane is planned for neighborhood amenities, and the rest is special-use and natural open space with hiking and equestrian trails.

The master plan also lists sport courts, cycle-cross areas, picnic spaces, disc golf, a playground, restrooms, and parking, and a trail link toward Prescott Park and Larson Creek.
